How is my custom order totaled?

All listed prices are for blank products. Adding customization to your order is an additional charge and is based on the amount of colors to be imprinted.


Will the imprint be on both sides of the bag?

All customization costs represent one sided printing. If you would like printing on both sides of the bag please contact us at CustomerService@ToteBagBoss.com for pricing.

 

What type of file should I upload for customization?

We prefer your art files to be in vector format (.ai, .eps, .pdf), but we can often work with high quality raster files (.jpg, .png, .tiff). Raster files will need to be adjusted by our graphic design team and this may cause a slight delay in production time, so please keep this in mind when choosing a file. 



What if I want customization added but don’t have my own art file?

No problem! Our graphic design team would be happy to help bring your idea to life!

Can I purchase products without customization?

Sure! You can purchase any of our products blank or custom! Choose blank and enter your quantity. All listed prices are for blank products.


Can I return my purchase?

Returns are excepted within 30 days of purchase and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you would like to return or exchange your order please contact customer service at CustomerService@ToteBagBoss.com to begin the return process.

Please note *Custom orders are NOT eligible for return or exchange. 

 

I need my order fast! Do you offer rush services?

We can accommodate most deadlines, however your order may incur additional rush and shipping fees.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States
